Every reader loves discounted books, I mean who in their right mind wouldn’t? But when the discounted books are ON SALE? FOR EVEN LESS?! That my friends, is a glorious day. And every year on that day I go a little crazy and order way too many books (no, really. like 12-15 books every time. It’s bad.). That day is Black Friday, and the site is Book Outlet.
Many readers are familiar with the website/bookseller Book Outlet, and in case you’re not, let me give you run down. (Skip the rest of this paragraph if you don’t need the explanation.) Book Outlet is a site for discounted books. The books are scratch & dent or bargain bin copies. Basically, that means that the books have minor damages such as bent corners or tiny scratches on the cover. They also always have a black dot on the bottom or top edges of the book. This site is a terrific way to get a lot of books for not a lot of $$, as long as you don’t mind a few superficial marks.
Anyways, back to the point. Below are the contents of my Black Friday Book Outlet binge. All the books are at least couple years old but have been on TBR for most of that time; though, a few were impulse buys. Let me wrap this up by saying this: I bought a total of 13 books (one not pictured) for $40. So, if you were still on the fence about checking out the site, I hope that decides it for you. Now, enjoy some pretty bookstagram photos (lol).
