So, I noticed this tag floating around a while ago, and have been keeping it in my back pocket for a Wednesday when I’ve found myself short on finished posts. *cough* That day has finally come, and since I’ve been reading quite a few books that I’m excited about, it seemed like perfect timing. Anyways, this tag hosted on Taking on a World of Words, and it’s super easy to do. Just answer the three W’s.

Currently Reading:

This is actually my second read of Red, White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston, but it’s still just as great as I remember. I keep finding myself with a giant cheesy grin on my face due to all the love-filled bickering and scorching sarcasm. Anyways, after I read it the first time, I kept hearing about how good the audiobook was, and instantly added it back on to my TBR. Now, 10 weeks later, and one library loan richer, I am enjoying the heck out of it. You can find my full review (from my first read) of this book here.

Just Finished:

I borrowed this book from Tree about two months ago (thank you!) and I’ve finally managed to binge it. No Judgements by Meg Cabot is a fun, fast-paced read with lots of cute animal cameos and witty banter. It was a tad insta-lovey for my tastes, but it didn’t take away from the overall story. Once again, Meg Cabot brings her signature lighthearted wit and unique characters to another surprising story.

Up Next:

So, of course the book I’m most excited to read next is the Queen of Nothing by Holly Black, which just came out on November 19th! Since the end of August, I’ve read both The Cruel Prince and The Wicked King. TWICE (and for the first time). You could say I’m mildly obsessed. I’m glad I waited so log to pick up this series, because waiting between books would have been excruciating. The wait from mid-September (when I finished my first read of The Wicked King) to Release Day was long enough.
