WEEKLY TAG: 5 on my TBR

So we missed last week’s #5OnMyTBR prompt [which was contemporary novels], and since neither of us has many superhero novels on our shelves [this week’s prompt], we decided to pretend like it’s last week and list our next 5 contemporary reads instead.

This weekly tag was started by @LocalBeeHuntersNook, and it happens every Monday! You can find additional info and future prompts here.

Bree:

This list is mostly ARCs & recent releases, but there’s one reread at the end that I’m  quite excited for. [I just re-binged 2 other Matson books too. I know, I have a problem.]

1. Late to the Party by Kelly Quindlen
2. Time of Out Lives by Emily Wibberley & Austin Siegemund-Broka
3. This is All Your Fault by Aminah Mae Safi
4. The Mall by Megan McCafferty
5. Save the Date by Morgan Matson

Tree:

This time I chose all books that are on my physical TBR aka I should read them soon…but, that probably will not happen.

1. Ask Again, Yes by Mary Beth Keane
2. The Female of the Species by Mindy McGinnis
3. Ghosted by Rosie Walsh
4. Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng
5. Letters to the Lost by Brigid Kemmerer

Have you read any of these? Should we prioritize any of them?

Thanks for reading!

xoxo, Bree & Tree

  1. I’m looking forward to Late to the Party and Time of Out Lives – both are on my MAY tbr. And I loved The Female of the Species by Mindy McGinnis- it was SO GOOD!!

    1. Yes!! I loved Female of the Species so much that I’ve been trying to get Tree to read it for about a year. And I hope we both enjoy Time of Our Lives and Late to The Party!

      xx, bree
