It’s been a weird couple of reading months for me, TBH. Life just doing its thing I guess, but I’ve been missing the pure joy/adrenaline that comes from getting lost in another world. But these are the books that have been holding me over in the meantime!

Currently Reading:
I’m about 75% through The Roughest Draft by Emily Wibberley & Austin Siegemund-Broka, and I’m really enjoying my return to their writing. Although the whole dynamic of the book is driving me nuts. I just want to know WHAT HAPPENED (details please!), and also like…can we get on with it already? Sorry, not sorry. If you want to read a fully formed review though, you can check out Tree’s here!
Just Finished:
Okay so I totally binged Astrid Parker Doesn’t Fail by Ashley Herring Blake, basically the same way I did with Delilah Green Doesn’t Care. I loved the entire cast of characters, of course, but especially Delilah and Iris. They bring me such joy and supply so much snark. Also, I very much related to many aspects of Astrid and her life.
Up Next:
Technically I already started Spell Bound by F.T. Lukens, but rotated it to the back burner when my library loan for The Roughest Draft came through. I really loved So This Is Ever After, and am excited to jump into another world of magic and mayhem created by F.T. Lukens.
